Netzilo offers different ways to report bugs and issues. For prompt and effective assistance, please provide detailed information as outlined in our bug/issue reporting template.

For cloud and on-premise users, you can report bugs and issues via email by sending an email to [email protected] or by joining our Slack Channel.

Reporting Template

When reporting bugs and issues, please ensure you provide the following information:

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Are you using Netzilo Cloud?

Please specify whether you use Netzilo Cloud or self-host Netzilo's control plane.

Netzilo status -d output:

If applicable, add the netzilo status -d command output. netzilo version 0.27.4 and newer can use netzilo status -dA for anonymized output.
